To reserve an accommodation or plot it is necessary to make a payment on account of 50% of the amount.
The reservation will be effective when you receive a confirmation email from us, after making the payment.
On arrival you must pay the rest of the stay previously reserved.
In case of incomparance, the reservations department will proceed to the cancellation after 24 hours of the expected arrival date.
Tourist tax: 0,66€ for people over 17 years / night, maximum of 7 nights.
Opening hours accommodations 14h departure 10h.
Parking opening hours 12h departure 12h.
Dogs are not accepted in our facilities.
CANCELLATION COST POLICY
- Cancellation within 48 hours after making the reservation: no cancellation fees. (Not valid for bookings made 7 days before arrival).
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 10% management fees.
- Cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fees.
- Cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fees.
- Cancellation between 6 days and 1 day before arrival: 75% cancellation fees.
- Cancellation 1 day before arrival: 90% cancellation fees. 100% cancellation fee if the customer does not show up on the day of arrival.
In any case, the cancellation or cancellation, for whatever reasons, will entail for the user at least 10% costs on the amount paid on account.
At the time the customer formalizes his reservation, he also accepts these cancellation rules.
