General conditions of sale and cancellation

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to book accommodation.

The reservation will be final when we receive this amount.

The day after your arrival, the rest of the pre-booked stay must be paid for.

In case of no-show, the campsite management will take your reservation 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date.

Upon departure, you must leave your accommodation in perfect condition (a deposit of € 50 in cash will be required and will be returned to you upon departure).

Tourist Tax:0.66 € / person over 17 years / night (over a maximum of 7 nights).

New Cancellation costs policy: Your Holidays safer and easier

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: no cancellation fees (Not valid for bookings made 7 days prior to arrival).
  • Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 10% management fees.
  • Cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation between 6 days and 1 day before arrival: 75% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 1 day before arrival: 90% cancellation fee. 100% cancellation fee if the customer does not show up on the day of arrival.

In any case, the cancellation or annulation, for whatever reason, entails for the user at least a cost of 10% of the amount paid on account.

At the time the customer formalizes the reservation, he also accepts these cancellation rules.
